No fair trial, no right to legal assistance, or the right when charged with a criminal offence to be informed of the nature and cause of criminal charges brought against him has been respected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information: <\/strong>Elwaleed Imam Hassan Taha is a Sudanese citizen who has been stopped and arrested by plainclothes officer from his work place in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to his family, several officers raided Elwaleed Imam Hassan Taha&#8217;s home, searched the house and took him to an unknown place.
