No fair trial, no right to legal assistance, or the right when charged with a criminal offence to be informed of the nature and cause of criminal charges brought against him has been respected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information: <\/strong>Husham Ali Mohamed Ali is a Sudanese citizen who has been stopped and arrested from his residence place in in the city of in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to his family, several officers raided Husham Ali\u2019s home, searched the house and took him to an unknown place.
