Hostilities against civilians in Zalingei in Central Darfur, Wad Ashana, an area between the White Nile and North Kordofan States, continue, indicating an expansion of conflict zones. <br><br>Civilians must be protected under international humanitarian law from all forms of violence and mistreatment, including killing, arrest, and torture. <br><br>SHRN calls on the U.N.
