Sudan Human Rights Network (SHRN) Welcomes the Human Rights Council’s Proposed Resolution to Establish a Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights Violations in Sudan.



The United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, and the United States have urged the United Nations Human Rights Council to establish a commission to investigate human rights violations in Sudan, particularly during the war, especially violations against women and children. Reports from Sudanese and international organizations have indicated the deaths of more than 7,000 people and injuries to over 15,000 others. fragmentation.
