تناشد اسرة الناشط الحقوقى السودانى المعتقل الدكتور بشرى قمر (47 عاماً) منظمة العفو الدولية ومنظمة مراقبة حقوق الانسان والشبكة العربية والشبكة السودانية لحقوق الانسان بالتدخل العاجل لإنقاذ حياة إبنها المعتقل من دون إتهامات ولا محاكمة منذ 25/6/2011 وتعلن الاسرة أن الدكتور بشرى قمر يمر بحالة أشبه بالغيبوبة،بعد أن تفاقم وضعه الصحى في سجن كوبر نتيجة إهمال السلطات أنه مصاب بمرض القلب والربو كما يعانى من إنزلاق غضروفى.،ومما زاد الأمر تردياً دخول الناشط المعتقل في إضراب ثانى أعتبارًا من اليوم الاثنين 10/10/2011 رداً على تنصل جهاز الامن السودانى عن وعد سابق للدكتور بشرى بتقديمه الأحد الماضى -على اقصى تقدير- إلى وكيل النيابة لإستقصاء أدلة تكفى لتقديمه إلى محاكمة أو إطلاق سراحه،وتناشد الأسرة المنظمات الدولية والافريقية والعربية والسودانية المعنية بحقوق الانسان وحماية النشطاء والمجتمع المدنى، ممارسة دورها  لتأمين نقل الدكتور بشرى قمر لتلقى العلاج العاجل وتقديمه إلى النيابة لمعرفة أسباب إحتجازه من دون تحقيق أو محاكمة.

Artist ElShafei Dafalla Muhammad executed his announced hunger strike for two consecutive days (October 7-8, 2011) across from the White House, and despite the departure of Shafei his location outside the White House in the U.S. capital Washington D.C., but he is still on hunger strike in protest of prevention and disruption of the Sudanese government the efforts of the humanitarian relief in areas of the states of South Kordofan and Blue Nile, affected by military operations launched by the Sudanese armed forces against the forces of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLA) North. Sudan Human Rights Network (SHRN) obtained credible information that the family of Bushra Gamar Hussein Rahma is allowed to visit him, today, Friday, October 07, 2011 under tight security measures, and Bushra Gamar’s health is deteriorating, he was lying and not have the strength to stand. He and fellow “Daheia Masar Musa” have agreed to discontinue their hunger strike after promises from the Sudanese authorities to close the investigation with them and release them or bring them to trial by this coming Monday, October 10, 2011.  Sudan Human Rights Network (SHRN) had learned that Bushra Gamar, despite a drop in his health ( afflicted with heart disease and Asthma) but he was determined to continue the strike if the authorities had not fulfilled its promises to him. Sudan Human Rights Network (SHRN) will update you with any information we may receive.

تحصلت الشبكة السودانية على معلومات تفيد بأنه تم السماح لأسرة بشرى قمر حسين رحمة بزيارته تحت اجراءات أمنية مشددة، وأن بشرى قمر كان في حالة صحية غير مطمئنة، حيث أنه كان مستلقياً و لا يقوى على الوقوف. كما أنه و زميله ضحية مسار موسى قد وافقا على قطع اضرابهم عن الطعام بعد وعود من السلطات السودانية بقفل التحقيق معهم واطلاق سراحهم أو تقديمهم للمحاكمة بحول يوم الاثنين الموافق العاشر من أكتوبر 2011، و قد علمت الشبكة السودانية لحقوق الانسان أن بشرى قمر، رغم تراجع حالته الصحية، وهو مصاب بداء القلب والأزما، إلا أنه مصمم على مواصلة الاضراب اذا لم تف السلطات بوعودها له. وستوافيكم الشبكة السودانية لحقوق الانسان بأي مستجدات تصلها.

Elshafei Dafalla Mohamed is an artist and human rights activist, member of the Sudan Human Rights Network and the Torture Abolition and Survivors’ Support Coalition, and Co-Founder of the South Kordofan Solidarity Group.  In protest against the ongoing acts of war of the al-Bashir regime against its own people in South Kordfan and the Blue Nile states, but particularly to demand that international pressure be brought to bear so that humanitarian aid workers be allowed unlimited access with no restrictions on their work within the conflict zones. Elshafei will undertake a 48 hour hunger strike starting Friday October 7, and he will stand in front of the White House during this period from 8 am to 8 pm.

Sudan Human Rights Network (SHRN) received information that “Bushra Gamar” and “Dahia Masar” hunger strike, which was started on Monday, September 26, 2011, enters its second week in protest against continued detention without trial and demands that Sudanese authorities either set them free or try them before a court of law.

تلقت الشبكة السودانية لحقوق الانسان معلومات تفيد أن اضراب الناشط السوداني في مجال حقوق الإنسان الدكتور بشرى قمر و الشيخ ضحية مسار موسى عن الطعام، والذي كان قد بدأ يوم الاثنين 26 سبتمبر 2011،  ما زال مستمراً ودخل اسبوعه الثاني، احتجاجاً على استمرار اعتقالهم دون محاكمة، مع مطالبة السلطات السودانية إطلاق سراحهم أو مثولهم أمام محكمة القانون.

قرر الناشط السوداني في مجال حقوق الإنسان الدكتور بشرى قمر (47 سنة) و الشيخ ضحية مسار موسى (43 سنة) الإضراب عن الطعام ابتداءً من اليوم الاثنين 26 سبتمبر 2011 إلى أن يتم إطلاق سراحهم أو مثولهم أمام محكمة القانون.
